In a bowl mix the dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl then set aside. In your stand mixer, cream the butter . Then add the sugar, mixing until integrated, followed by the eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, and finally, the pumpkin puree. Add half of the dry mixture, mixing just until integrated with the wet, and finally add the rest, mixing only as much as needed to form the batter. With the batter prepared, fold in the nuts/chips. I must have made too much of this because when I was pouring into my bread pan it was filled all the way to the top and ended up over following in the oven. Luckily I figured this was going to happen and put a cookie sheet underneath the pan. Please try and this mess!
In another bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy then add the sugar and egg, beating until totally integrated. At this point, the cream cheese mixture should be very easily spreadable, almost pourable.
Next in a buttered bread pan, pour about a third of the bread batter followed by half of the cream cheese. Repeat with the remaining batter so that you have two layers of cream cheese.
I also added some nuts on the top for crunchiness before it went into the over. Then bake this in a 350°F oven for 1 hour, mine took about a 1 hour 20 minutes.

So when we first moved into our home the dining room was this ugly pale yellow color and had carpet in it yes CARPET! Look at those lovely wood outlet covers and that fancy shiny gold chandelier is just stunning right, ugh NO gross. So we had a painter come in and repaint the whole house and so my husband was really worried about the room looking too dark so I picked a light green color and hated it 
But hey it was better than that ugly yellow so I just lived with it. After two years of walking by and now hating the pale green color I finally decided that I needed a project. I headed down to Home Depot and picked out a dark hunter/olive green color. It looked real dark and scary in the paint can but I was only hoping it would turn gorgeous. So I went ahead and painted the whole damn thing yes myself and it was absolutely horrible. I got it on the ceiling, the floor splattered, some on the table, it was a disaster to clean up but I got it done and am in LOVE!
Oh, and if you hadn’t noticed we also had to get that horrendous carpet out and put some laminate flooring in and we were lucky enough to find the exact color to match the rest of the house. So now that I have my dark green walls that did I say I LOVE I went ahead and started decorating. Which include a fancy crystal chandelier, slate table, brown faux leather chairs with my FAVORITE script chairs on the ends. Along with new outlet covers, a wine rack stand in the corner, wine picture, candle scones, and a table with decor in the other corner. This is officially my favorite room in the house.
I threw that centerpiece together with silk flowers I have had left over from other projects I have done and they match the room perfectly!
